At Heavy Metal Maker, we take pride in delivering your orders safely, accurately, and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below for details about how we handle both ready-made and custom items.


Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Custom Orders: Most custom pieces ship within 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and workload. We'll reach out if delays occur.
    You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • We ship via USPS and UPS.
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
    Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Local Pickup (Rock Island, IL)
We offer free local pickup for customers in the Quad City area. Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.


Shipping Areas
We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses
    Note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: Once marked “delivered,” we are not responsible for missing packages. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
  • Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other shipping issues beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may require an additional shipping fee to resend.
