Can I place a custom order through the website?

Yes! To request a customized piece, please fill out our Custom Order/Quote form and include your:

• Name and Email (required)
• Item Type & Quantity: e.g., wall hanging, garden column, garden stake, signage, fire pit, tree mounts, etc. Please specify your desired quantity as well.
• Dimensions: exact measurements are best; photos are welcome if they help illustrate your idea. If you need multiple sizes, please specify each.
• Finish: raw, sanded, powder coating, single and/or additional colors, add mounting, add lighting, etc.

Once we receive your details, we’ll follow up to confirm and discuss the next steps.

How long will it take to fulfill a custom or personalized order?

Please note that orders (especially for larger quantities, or customized pieces) may take up to, but is not limited to - 2 weeks. In some cases, it can take slightly longer. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we work hard to complete your order with care.

 

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Yes! If placing an order through the site, simply select the ‘Pick Up’ option at checkout. You’ll receive a notification through email as soon as your order is ready. For custom orders, you will also be notified via email.

You will pick up your order at Davenport Custom Coating, located at 520 2nd St., Rock Island, IL 61201. Map & directions shown below.
