How do I place a custom order through you?

Simply fill out our form located on the "Custom" tab toward the bottom of the page, or send us an email at: heavymetalmakerz@gmail.com and include the following:

- Name & Email

- Item Type & Quantity (wall hanging, solar column, commercial signage, etc.)

- Dimensions (exact measurements preferred; photos welcome)

- Finish Options (raw cut, powder coat, single/multi-color, mounting, lighting)

We’ll review your details and reach out to you as soon as possible with confirmation and next steps.

Note:
We added a “Note” box in your cart — this is only for requests related to products already listed on the site (including requesting a size not shown).

How long do custom orders take?

Custom and/or personalized orders are typically completed within 1-2 weeks or less. Turnaround time may vary depending on size, quantity, and seasonal demand — please plan ahead when ordering for the holidays.

For commercial jobs, please expect anywhere from 1-3 weeks as time may vary depending on the needs of the project.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Yes! Choose Pick Up at checkout. You will receive an email when it’s ready. Custom order pickups are also notified by email unless there is a phone number provided. Business hours are generally from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
